Nice new coffee roaster in my area. Small and convenient, priced well. Service a bit on the slow side but the coffee was well presented and served by friendly staff. Coffee is roasted on site and it is there own brand. I only had the coffee so I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the food yet. Will still do that

April 14. Greeted by 2 staff by name. I like that. Excellent decaff cappuccino. April 9. Decaff cappuccino and a chocolate muffin . First time this year that I have eaten a muffin . It was truly delicious . March 30. Greeted by name by two staff members ! I am very impressed. Fabulous cappuccino. Did I previously mention that there's a pensioner discount available ? Lol . March 24 . Greeted by name. Again. I like that . Wonderful cappuccino. March 2nd. Greeted by name as I arrived . Wonderful to be made feel welcome. February 23rd . The loyalty scheme rewards 10 coffees by giving the next one free . February 19th . There is wifi here . I only found out today . Great coffee and great service . And wifi . A winning combination . Feb 9th 2021. Excellent service. The young man had even remembered that I take 2 sweeteners with my cappuccino. I'm back here again. I have signed up to the loyalty scheme. And claimed my pensioner discount , lol . Great coffee . Served with a smile . Great to sit outside. Great views of Table Mountain on the way to the coffee shop.

The service was excellent!!! 6/5!! The food was amazing as well as the quality of the coffee. From the top shelf! All round an incredible experience, I would recommend Bean Authentic to anyone, if you didn't like coffee, after a visit to them you would love it.

There's no signs to say you need to order inside.... The waitress advised us that we could sit outside and we literally waited for 20 mins before we saw what the other patrons were doing to get service. The only thing that is great about this place is the coffee. Customer service could be alot better though.
