Good day , applaud the fantastic work you guys are doing. However just had an alarming and very disturbing experience at Bella whereby we were denied a dog because of the area we stay in. We were told our application was unsuccessful and when we asked why we were told because of the area, yet we met all the financial and home criteria. Nowhere on there page does it state that they don't accept you to adopt if you outside the area so I would love to know what areas are acceptable and the actual reason why, Do I dare say it wow.If this still happens in the year 2021 then I dunno, but to explain to my boy that hey couldn't get the puppy you wanted cause we just don't quite live in the area expected is disturbing. Maybe I'm wrong is there a policy in adopting animals that if you don't meet or live in an area that you won't get an animal, should it not be based on can one provide a loving and safe home for it. And in saying that my home was not even visited to inspect the premises for the animal as they said they would do so how does Bella know. So with that being said i wish you guys all the best for proving good safe and colorful homes for animals

Lovely place to spend some time with abandoned dogs and other animals. Pets can be adopted as well.

Such a wonderful place with passionate people. Took my kids to a puppy and kitten day had such a wonderful time playing and cuddling all the animals. A great outgoing for families and a veriaty animals. From cheeky puppies to an office cow and some very chilled cats and pigs.

Amazing work they are doing. So much dedication and heart. If you are considering addopting, visit Bella's. Even if you're not, visit to support them and spend time with the animals. They dont just have cats and dogs. Take your kids along.
