I've had good service from the team at BMC in past (2013) but was a little disappointed with my last visit. I sent the bike in with a friend who would bring it over to the UK for me after the service. It had a full service and replacement of many parts including the chain and cassette. Considering this I would have expected everything on the drivetrain to have been thoroughly looked at and adjusted… When I received the bike in the UK I noticed The B screw on the rear derailleur was severely bent and misaligned making it impossible to readjust and leaving the gears not running optimally. The only way to fix the problem was to order a new derailleur on this side and fit it myself… I let them know and Jared was kind enough to get back to immediately with an email offering to fix the problem the next day at the workshop but unfortunately by that stage the bike had already been brought to the UK for the next tour. Perhaps just an off day in workshop...

These guys have moved workshop since i last used them but still gave absolutely fantastic service. They managed to source a part for my beloved old cannonade and she is better than ever. Found them on Google maps this morning as I was riding to work and my back tire failed. They were helpful and put on a new tubeless tire in less than 30 minutes. I was really impressed with their service levels!
