Far better than previous visits, the service from staff was excellent, especially at reception. Cleanliness was pretty good and lounge staff were attentive. The selection of food and drinks is good, nicely presented and fresh, even on a Saturday which is clearly quieter than Mon-Fri. The lounge was busy, but not crowded. During the week it can get a bit cramped and unpleasantly busy at times. Well done on the service levels, looking forward to the next visit to your lounge when travelling.

A great experience. Friendly staff. Clean ablution facilities. Fresh and good quality food. Not as busy as I expected. Wifi facilities. Charging facilities. Alcohol available at specific times. No food to be taken out.K9

Breakfast was awful, mediocre lounge with nothing special to it. Better off going to the slow lounge if you can. Update: place has gone further downhill since my last visit, the food if you can even call it that is god awful, can't compare it to the slow lounge.

Very clean! Friendly and helpful service. Excellent selection of snackables and drinks. Great view of the planes and the air strips. Great place to relax and unwind before/between flights. Very easy to lose track of time, though....

The service levels have deteriorated to levels where the food and drink areas are dirty not unlike the leftovers of a bad party. Requests for ice goes ignored...with basic brands of drinks being conveniently out of stock Hoping Nedbank allows clients to rather go to Slow Lounge
