I've been to BFA twice during lunch hour and could not be assisted because staff was having lunch break. Would it not be beneficial if staff lunch time can be altered to 2 shifts so that there is always assistance when potential clients visit your store? I do understand that Friday comes with exceptions like Monday to Thursday!
