Some of the personel needs to be taught what work ethic is. Telling a customer to better get a new i.d or not being issued a license is unethical and just plain rude. She was more interested in discussing her bosses with her colleagues than treating the customers politely. But it also could be that some traffic and police officials sat on the same stick to warrant this attitude

The waiting time is absolutely rediculous! I had to take time off work to stand in a queue, outside the building, for over two hours. Although they are open till 15:30, they start sending people away from 15:00, as the eye testing room and payment counter has to close at 15:30. The new eye testing machine they are using, doesn't take multifocal spectacles into consideration. That being said, the service I received from the staff was really amazing. They are working under very difficult circumstances and the people are very frustrated by the time they arrive at the testing room. I really hope they can change the waiting time soon.
