They are always willing to assist,as a newbie, I had no clue at times I messed up my hair with my own diy but when I went back they assisted me ,4yrs now with the same with and well I am happy with bellaroza , thanks ladies for your honest business,I see nasty comments here but et remember ,not everyone will love you keep up the great work

Bella Roza has changed my life. During lockdown I began to suffer from the stress of 2020. I was dealing with a lot at the time and my hair began to fall out. I was diagnosed with alopecia 2 years ago, but never had hair loss like I did during lockdown, I lost half a head of hair in a month. As a woman you can imagine how this can possibly be your biggest nightmare. I had to go to work worrying about my hair loss. It caused panic attacks and I eventually couldn’t go to work or do normal everyday things, I hid away. I hit the lowest point in my life. Then I found Bella Roza... I ordered one of their wigs online (the double drawn 14inch. The wig didn’t fit at first, I had no idea how a wig even worked, this was my first time and I was so nervous and confused. I went in to the Canal Walk store and asked for advice. I met a lady name Laetitia. She said they would resize the wig for me, and gave me advice on how to wear it without glue because that would be easiest for me at first. I now have 4 Bella Roza wigs, my confidence back and I feel like a new and improved person. I can deal with my alopecia because I have beautiful hair now thanks to Bella Roza. I never have to worry anymore my anxiety is gone and I can focus on enjoying my life with amazing hair! Thank you All the ladies on your team treat me with nothing but respect and greet me by my name EVERY time! I am always blown away at the service I receive. Always willing to make me happy, but you get it right every time ! I am in safe hands! You have a loyal Bella Babe you for life. Xx

As i cross the beauty store "Bella Ross Hair " on the saturday evening, i was fascinated by the hair that was located on these mannequins. As i entered the store i greeted the worker and tried asking her questions about wigs and prices because i was on my way to buy the wig as a gift for my mother , but the worker was incredibly rude and lack customer services - she ignored me and gave me attitude telling me to check the price myself and command me to stop asking question, and continued her decision with her friend. Thus it was my first time feeling unwelcome and felt insulted by a worker that lacked customer services.

I Must say , I have been around bought many wigs but this place was really good, I have a very small head as I have struggled before but these ladies reconstructed and made it a perfect fit, their Luxurious deep range quality I fell in love . I don’t have hair due to illness but now no one can tell thanks Canal walk for having such speciality stores .

I have a very small head not only did they sell me good quality hair they also made my unit smaller to fit my small head. The hair is absolutely amazing at reasonable price. First time buyer but will definitely be buying from them again. Bella roza u have my heart.
