Bring your own pens!!! You can get your car registration done here. The government need to take time and put some effort here. The customer service isn’t that good although the security guard seemed to be helpful. Don’t come here expecting a quick pop in. There are no pens!!

Spent half a day trying to get my car license renewal sorted. Strict social distancing is strictly adhered to and implemented. Pensioners you are looked after well as you are seen to and sorted first, just make your presence known to personal. Absolutely beautiful interior dedicated to those who made a difference in our society .

The Motor Vehicle Licencing Deparment is overwhelmed and could use some exta hands. There are enough security and workers making sure that Covid-19 regulations are being adhered to, but the lines remain slow and takes about 4 hours to renew a motor vehicle licence, which is much longer than I feel safe to spend on this public activity. My suggestion is to extend the operating hours and rotate staff if necessary. The demand at this time of year (pandemic or not) clearly outweighs the supply. Don't make the problem worse.
