I love the store but as a handbag collector I am very unhappy with the quality of the handbags. I have had 3 handbags that on the 3rd or 4th time of wearing it broke/showed damage. My black one's strap broke on the silver part, my colourful ones lock broke where I close the bag, and my blue bags chain colour came off on the third wear. All of these bags I barely wear. Can you advise who to contact about the poor quality of the product?

I love Collette handbags! But I was rather disappointed with the sales staff at this store - they literally ignore you and chit-chat about their personal life at the entrance to the store, with added body language.... ️ Eventually went to a Foschini store to buy a new Collette handbag....
