My aircon was broken for close to 6 months, I called several companies to come and fix but with no success. I was referred by a friend and Kuda and his team proves amazing. I will definitely refer you to my friends @ work.

Absolutely pathetic service, I had an arrangement for technicians to service my residential aircon unit at 10am on Monday. Queried where they were at 13h30 as nobody had arrived and I had not even had as much as a courtesy phone call to inform me that they were running late. To date it is now a day later and still have not heard anything. They obviously do not need the business and could not care less about service. AVOID this company!!!
The absolute worst company iv ever had the horror of dealing with. It's been almost a year and the aircon still doesn't work. Not only that now I have a hole in my roof, water stains on the ceiling of my bedroom and a useless eyesore mounted on my wall thanks to the shoddy workmanship of Kuda and his guys. Literally one of the worst mistakes iv made in my life getting Coolpress to install this thing. If this post deters even 1 person to not use Coolpress then I feel iv contributed something positive to this world. DON'T DO IT, RUN! (that 5 star review above was definitely made by someone at Coolpress!)
This company installed 4 aircon units at my company premises (1 installation about 5 years ago was a perfect experience, 3 others, installed in a short succession after each other were a total nightmare). After placing a complaint last week, and receiving a call (him shouting and threatening) from the "manager" called Kuga last Wednesday, they have sent two technicians on Thursday that informed me that the brand new compressor installed by them 3 months ago is not working and I need a new one (just paid R. 8000 for the one that is not working). The "manager" was supposed to call us on Friday. Today is Monday and still no cal from Cool Press. PEOPLE BE WARNED. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BE A FOOL LIKE ME AND PAY FOR SERVICE GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN BUT EXCUSES AND INTIMIDATION. As a result I will call another company, let them fix what Cool Press botched at a price and report them to their Governing Body.
