Debtline is a big scam they steal from vulnerable desperate south africans .You will pay them hoping that your debts are being taken care of, meanwhile they are not paying your creditors instead pocketing the money.You get a rude awakening months later with court orders claiming they have not received anything from you on months ready to reposess. When it comes time to get a refund they cool up story after story giving you the runaround.Its a big joke.They are bloody rip offs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worse join them for help they made my life heal didn't pay my creditors, trying to call them it's a nightmare ull be waiting for ever then they drop the call. I regret asking for help from them
I regret signing up with debtline i start to suspect this is a scam their debt consellor never respond to quiries they deduct money but still the creditors are complaining that you didnt pay i am devastated
my debit order was for the 25th of Desember and they tried to debit it on the 18th of Desember with no arragment tried to phone them 4 times did not answer just holding and after 2 min call just ended
PATHETIC SERVICE!! PATHETIC EXCUSES!! STAY AWAY from Debtline!! Customer consultants can not assist, the person who can assist never phones. No response to emails. NOTHING EVER GETS RESOLVED!!
All I can say is THANK YOU! Excellent service and so much compassion. Everything was dealt with with so much care and super fast. You took so much weight off my shoulders and I am so glad I decided to get help from Debtline.

Worst experience ever! WARNING TO ALL OTHERS CONSIDERING USING THEM. RECONSIDER. Really poor customer relations, rude and abrupt staff. Be prepared to wait weeks for a follow up call/email. Always full of excuses for their shortfalls. Manager/team leader is none existent. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Been an absolute nightmare since I was unfortunate enough to request their "help".
