Horrible service, ordered food an hour later nothing arrives gave them a call they tell me the guy is close mind you they were about to close in the next 20 mins. The guy never arrived. 3 days later many calls and promises later I am yet to receive my refund. Save yourself the trouble.

Delivery Xtreme Helderberg. They are incompetent and give horrible service. I DEMAND A REFUND! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a romantic dinner inside since he is sick. I ordered the special they advertised for col'cachio. Buy one gourmet pizza and get a Margherita free. I ordered pizza bread on top of that as well. The driver came an hour later with two cold pizzas. My Margherita was nowhere to be found. And the driver was only told about two pizzas. We phoned management. We were on hold for 10 minutes. Then we phoned again, then someone picked up immediately. Our date was completely ruined by this time. Management said they will get back to us asap. We are still waiting. Our pizzas were completely cold, soggy, inedible, with RAW ingredients. Col'cachio somerset west is also to blame here. My time and money have been completely wasted. My dinner is absolutely vulgar. And our date night has been ruined. I demand a full refund for this. And I am still waiting to hear from them.

What a pity! I was so impressed when I phoned in to place my order. The manager was well spoken, I loved the voice promotion advert they had on phoning in and the telesales was lovely. They were all professional and followed up when the order was running a little late. But then the wheels came off. Suddenly no communication and it seemed it was a struggle to get hold of the driver. Eventually when I cancelled the order after waiting 1hr30min; on my way out; the driver arrived and immediately I could see what the problem was. The driver arrived in a clapped out car, which looked like it could have broken down a few times on his way to deliver. The driver looked incredibly unprofessional and didn't really seem worried about his lateness. I wasn't happy that this type of person knew where I stayed. This company has it right everywhere, except on their delivery. Perhaps an app like Uber has would work, you can transparently see where your delivery is at all times. If you get it right, I will give you guys another try.
Worst experience with service ever!!! The idea of ordering a delivery is because you're too lazy to get up and go get it yourself, so you pay more just for the comfort of it but when you have to call a 57 times to find out where your food is... Whether or not it's been picked, if the order has been received, it takes the comfort and the convenience out of it completely and then to top it off you wait for 1h35mins before actually getting your food!!!! (As to say I've got all day to sit around and wait for some burgers) Extremely disappointing!
Worst experience ever, ordered food at 7.03pm and got it around 8.20, the order was not completed,phoned the office and was told it will take 15 to 20 minutes to deliver. Was it done no it got delivered ONE HOUR Later
These people are clueless. Your only job is to take food orders and it literally takes ages to place a simple (very simple) take-out order. Every step of an order is a suprise and takes a lot of explaining.
Waiting, waiting, waiting...Ordered 75 minutes ago. Nothing. Would have appreciated a call from them, but I had to call them to get an apology. But...still no damn food!
