Friendly and professional service both online and in person, discreet and fast delivery and a good range of products. There are lots of fly-by-night online adult shops in South Africa. It's great to have one that is really invested in its customers the way Desir is. When browsing the site, you can get quick help from the online chat. The support team know their stuff (and are honest when they don't, which is refreshing). If they don't have a product in stock, they do their best to find it, and to get it at a reasonable price. Erotic toys are expensive, especially the good quality ones, so it's great to have a store that's not trying to gouge for extra profit at every opportunity and is willing to offer guarantees on their products. The parcels are so beautifully packaged that they feel like a present when they arrive (once you've got the anonymous courier wrapping off, that is, which helps when you're getting delivery direct to a workplace). Shopping with Desir feels like a luxury experience, even online. The only complaint I'd have about shopping with Desir is that they're sometimes out of stock on the most popular products, and I suspect that's probably because of how long things take to import to SA rather than actually their fault. They always try to keep customers informed about when new stock will be available if you ask.

The packaging was so beautiful, wrapped in tissue paper, in a high quality box, securely closed with a ribbon. No-one at work even had an idea what was inside. (although many were curious what the box may contain) With the wide selection of products available, you are bound to find the perfect toy/gift for everyone and the knowledgeable staff assist with any queries you may have pertaining to a wide range of products. This online option is the way to go. No more having to frequent dodgy looking shops with bad packaging.
