Commercial venture where I felt it was more important to charge and get money than to engage with me as to what worked for me. I paid the initial fee but wont continue with this practice but rather repay to start the process with a orthodontist who honours me and what I need - tried to call him multiple times to discuss but was sent from pillar to post by hi receptionist. When the assistant asked the receptionist to make an appointment to discuss a way forward the receptionists replied "make your own appointments" it was shocking

Doctor knows what he's doing, and I have no doubt he is good at his job. However he never actually worked on my teeth. I waited 2 months for a consultation, then another 2 for a follow-up. I had forgotten what time my appointment was so I called in to find out. It turns out they didn't even book my appointment? Even though I literally watched the receptionist write it down in her book? 4 months down the drain. Won't come back. Long story short, good service, but terrible admin.
