First appointment, Dr Poole is on of the best Paediatricians, his amazing at what he does and has the understanding of what patients require. His patient and he explains in a manner that you understand. We went there for my Kid but he gave me advice on a sleeping pattern. I'm was amazed at his humility.

Dr Poole is amazing! His bedside manner is unbelievable, he's so fantastic with the little ones. We took our 2.5 year old to see him, he immediately calmed my son, creating a rapport with him ensuring he was comfortable so he could do the examination. He came down to my son's level, engaging with him as an equal. He explained the diagnosis to us in clear, relatable and understandable language, not using jargon or confusing terminology. I'd highly recommend him for anyone who little ones are battling with lung problems.
