Dr Hanno Vivier and his "team" of ladies at Reception are simply the best. Dr Vivier recently performed a successful lumbar fusion for my mother Mrs Ormandy and from the first visit, to negotiation with medical aid, to follow up afterwards was kind, gentle and patient. We cannot thank you enough.

The first day Dr Vivier walked out of his office, without having met me before, he came to introduce himself to me before taking his patient before me and immediately I knew I made the right decision. 5 weeks later after surgery, I am recovering well from my back surgery. I was only in hospital for 1 night and he came to see me 3 times to make sure I was doing well.

I have been trying to get pass doctor Vivier's reception since I sent him an email about their bad customer service. I'm really happy with the doctor he is really nice ... But when I sent his reception an email complaining about the bad service. She indicated that she will not even show the doctor the emails. Can anyone assist me with getting in direct contact with the doctor
