Great service, would've liked to see prices on all material prior to asking for the material. Asking the staff for what price is this material everytime was not nice. Very good material quality.

Quick to help with a friendly smile, had what I needed and open on a SUNDAY till 1pm.... there are almost no material suppliers open on Sunday.
There was a large sign outside the shop saying they have a special at R10 a metre, but when we asked where it was the lady showed us 5 rolls of fabric with probably a metre of material on each. We looked around more, but none of the materials had prices on them. Very frustrating, I don't like asking for prices on each material! We did eventually find some nice single knit at R20 a metre (apparently also on special)
I am a returning customer because of their good prices and usually good service. Today it was shambles. The staff was more interested to chat to each other and the Gentleman in charge of the till was more interested in his phone conversation than helping till the point that he did not have time to give me the bag , he threw if at me. Will not go back there for some time, if ever. Good prices are one thing but I value service more and will spend my money where I am appreciated as a customer.
