The technician come our to our house, looked at the problem and suggested a couple of minor adjustments we were able to do ourselves, and it worked PERFECTLY! They didn't charge me a cent and were very helpful well done!

I would not recommend this company to anyone! We had a Wine fridge repaired for a client and it took MONTHS of back and forth. I resulted in sending them an email asking them to finalize the matter. The Wine fridge has now been standing at their workshop for more than 2 months and no one can tell me what is wrong or needs to be done on the it. "The technician will phone you back", they keep saying but I am the one phoning them 4 - 5 times a day! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Quite frankly non-existent. #Rantover

Called to get someone to come out to have a look at a fridge, was told that someone will come out later that same day. It is now 7 days later, every morning that I call it is the same story, we are so sorry, something came up, the technician will definitely be there today.
