im divorced an have two minor sons who will be attending school in january 2017 , problem is there father works from time to time an has never helped me out financailly i am new at my work an cannot afford to take off to go to maintance court , he never has time for them ,never calls not even on birthdays, chrismas ,etc lately his been demanding to see them ,this after the judge on the day of divorce told him that the current girlfriend is not to be in contact with my boys as her presence upsets them to an extend that they had to see a social worker , reason she touches an kisses him infront of them this while we were still married , please help me ,as this is becoming aproblem my boys dont want to see him at all
