Extremely slow service. Inadequate response to emails - no after-sales service to speak of. Ordered online - waited for days just to get confirmation of payment. Repeatedly sent reminders about my order - 5 days (incl. weekend) after I placed the order I got a lazy response, asking me questions that were already answered in my previous emails.
