Working with another company, we were waiting for a PC board for our fridge for 5 weeks! I called Grahams Saturday morning, Kevin was super helpful and on the same day at 13:00 they fixed the board at much less than what it would have cost to replace it. Thank you for excellent service. I will for sure recommend you.

Went to the store spares/parts department. Stood there 15-20 min while the guy behind the counter was on a personal phone call. Literally listen to the whole conversation and not even an acknowledgement or a im busy will be with u shortly. Eventually left the "store". Will never return.
