Received the worst client service in my years of existence from Granite Connections's receptionist lady who was the only person I was in communication with. My sin? Wanting to find out when installation was going to take place after paying an 80% deposit. Three "I'll call you now, I promise" and it had to take me driving across town to their offices to find out about the installation date....and then she (the receptionist) said as I am coming up the stairs, "I was going to call you"...two hours later after promising to call in 10 minutes Quite frankly I felt more like a nuisance than a paying client for constantly calling for information Their price might have been more reasonable than the other quotes, but I am happy to pay more for a better service when I do my second kitchen. Bad, bad service
