I went to collect money at inter africa fe bureau in waterkant street, there was no other customers it was just me. The lady who was available left the counter stood at the entrance and started talking with the other one who was coming from buying lunch pretending not to see me.I stood there like i was begging them to help me and eventually she went back behind the counter and stretched her hand towards me, no greetings no what..she acted like she was being forced to serve me.I really couldn't wait for her to finish and give me my money, she acted as if i was asking her to give me money from her pocket.Papers were being pushed at me when she was done i even said thank you she didnt even answer.I wonder if this is what she has been trained to be.This is a service provider ,do we really have to be treated like this?.

I was charged a commission and zar fee. I also got ripped off on the exchange rate. This taught me a valuable lesson to never use currency exchanges anymore.

Awesome service and they do not charge to kill clients with commission. Their workers are very efficient, espcially a lady called Nyasha at the Waterfront, really has a heart for clients. She explained to me all the options i had for sending money overseas. Keep up the good work.
