Fast, reliable, friendly, accommodating and economical. I called the day before to order 2 big cabs to take our big party to a restaurant. The operator was very friendly and he sent me confirmations with the names and contact numbers of the drivers. The cabs arrived right on time, David and Vuyani were super friendly and returned to the restaurant 2 1/2 hours later to drive us back home. 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional and dangerous drivers. On more than one occasion I've seen drivers blatantly ignore and defy the road rules, the last incident that I personally observed was Saturday 2nd February at about 09:50 am whereby one of their cabs proceeded down Milion road at speed and completely disregarded and ignored the stop street intersecting Wesley Rd. If I hadn't correctly stopped at the opposing stop sign in Wesley street or was two metres or a second ahead there would have been a serious accident. I will never use any bus or taxi company whereby the drivers aren't professional in every way in their conduct .
I am a regular client of Intercab, use them roughly 3 - 4 times a week. But the level of service is shocking. I call for a cab well in advance, 3 hours to be exact and yet, 90% of the time they call me 5 min before arrival to inform me that the cab will be another 45min - 1hr! Some days I order my cab the evening before online for 6:45 in the morning - yet they manage to be 2 hours late or "sorry, must have missed your booking" this is unacceptable!!!! Not to mention the owner refusing to make contact or attend to any complaints. I will not recommend them to anyone. Will have to take our business else where to ensure guest experience to our guests is served.
Long wait on the telephone before anyone answers, and an even longer wait for the car to arrive.
Horrible service, will leave you waiting for an hour at midnight alone at a bus station ( totally unsafe ) while lying to you on the phone that they’re on their way. Never again.
Guy arrived quicker than I expected, got me home asap and was a great person to have a conversation with even though I was drunk haha. 5/5, keep it up!
