Do. Not. Be. Late!! Very professional and efficient service. But seriously, do not be late. A parking hack: if 80 Strand Street is on your left, go down the road a little until you see a “P” close to a Pick ‘n Pay sign. Turn left into that parking garage and you can park from the 4th level upwards. It’s called Picbel Parkade. Much easier than trying to find street parking.

Disgusting misinformation. Also - its just one mega money making scheme proved by the fact that we were double charged for my wife's and daughter's visa application. A cool R3567.00 was taken of our account. Today when we went to submit the Schengen application, I made both the person behind the counter, and his manageress aware that I am a German Citizen, with a valid German Passport. They told me that that is an irrelevant fact. I am still flabbergasted because I saw online 10 minutes ago that one can apply as the spouse of an EU / German Citizen, and that in fact NO visa fees apply. No thanks to them trying to scam us and please be warned these people are clearly misinformed or down right liars desperate for a quick buck. We want our money refunded!

They were friendly and very helpful especially since visa applications can be stressful if it's a first. They made me feel a bit relaxed. And my visa was ready 2 working days later. You guys are the best!
I was so pleasantly surprised at the efficiency. Got my visa within 3 days and the wait periods during the appointment are minimal (10- 15 min) Call Centre was no help though at all.
In and out in about an hour. Very professional service. We were early and it was on election day which are usually declared a public holiday. Ample parking on the holiday.
Incoherent, conflicting, incorrect instructions on the VISA checklist. Unhelpful staff. Will force you to reschedule for the smallest thing, clearly taking advantage to make more money out of clients... Perfect example of why competition is important in the market, there is nowhere else to go for an application and they know it...
