Keltech is a people centered repair company that was build with the aim to service customers from all social settings with cost effective, quality repair services. There was a gap in the market for chip-level repairers that were affordable, so Keltech rose in response to that. Keltech Repairs founder and Managing Director extraordinaire, Kelvin Murambiwa has a proven track record in the IT industry since the 90s. For him the business is not solely about the capital, but making sure that clients are happy and get value added services in a timely fashion. Him and his highly qualified, friendly team are taking strides to offer open ended services to make sure customers have a one stop shop for all their mac issues.

I'm so happy to find somewhere that does more intricate repairs- rather than just saying 'it's your motherboard'. I dropped my computer off in the morning, and it was fixed by the afternoon. The technician was extremely detailed and transparent. Great service.

Dropped my iphone. No obvious damage, but it refused to charge. Keltech called me within an hour of dropping it off with a diagnosis and quote. One hour later the charging port was fixed. Friendly, fast and efficient, emailed invoice if needed for tax records. The Roeland Street location is also great, central, but without being right in the traffic of town.

Poor quality replacement parts. They repaired my iPhone 6 screen - R1000 but could not tell me if it was Apple approved or not. Said it was not a generic? I assumed it was approved - big mistake. The phone cracked the first day it was used - without ANY impact. Then it developed a wide black line the length of the screen and the following day multiple cracks from being in a pocket - no impact. Upon returning 5 days after the repair - they said they would not replace it as it was cracked. BEWARE - very poor quality screen used to repair your iPhone. Rather go to the cell shop above Game - there you will get honest straight answers. There you get to choose Apple approved or imitation with relevant pricing. I am SOOOO sorry I gave Keltech a chance. Never again.

Walking into Keltech Repairs was the best decision I made. After spilling coffee on my Macbook, I thought I was doomed, but I quickly got hold of Godfrey who advised me to quickly come to the Workshop to get the laptop cleaned...The level of professionalism was immeasurable and after 48hrs, my MacBook was back to its original state without any technical glitches... I can recommend anyone with my eyes closed to Keltech Repairs and you will never regret...#PROUD CUSTOMER...

Be very careful huge ripoff!!! I brought my iPhone 11 in in the morning to get my broken screen replaced. I specifically asked them for an original screen and they told me that for 3999R I will get it fixed with an original screen and that it will take them till the end of the day to get it done. A few hours later they called me indicating that my phone is fixed and should come and get it. Luckily I didn’t pay anything up front as they wanted 80% in cash as they credit Card machine was broken. I refused to do that and they said they will get their machine fixed by the time I will get my phone. The moment I got my phone back I had a feeling that something was wrong with it and I checked the screen, the touch sensor and the colors before paying and leaving. The phone was completely off and even after showing the major issues they pretended that everything was ok.I demanded to get another screen and they asked for my passcode to unlock the phone and told me they will replace the screen with a new one. Luckily I deleted all of my important apps and credit card details from the phone. After 24 hours they called me in and told me everything was fine and they replaced the screen. On the first look it all seemed to be ok and I trusted them “HUGE MISTAKE”. Since than the screen has shown major problems and is not even close to the original. DON’T BE A FOOL AND TRUST THESE GUYS. IT’S A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent a hard-drive in for diagnostics 3 months ago. Every time I contact the company, the owner informs me that he will get back to me with more information but never follows through. While trying to convey my dissatisfaction, he put me on hold to deal with another issue. I understand that these are difficult circumstances but poor customer service is inexcusable.

Battery died on my laptop and I needed it fixed within a few days - they were very helpful in ordering the parts quickly and being able to fix it same day once the parts arrived, a day before I needed my laptop back. Very professional and true lifesavers, would definitely go to them again! They even managed to clean my screen/keyboard, 10/10 customer service!
