Most unhelpful bunch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Like pulling teeth to get help. Their support desk clearly knows very little about their products and what they sell.
My wife purchased an LK cast iron casserole through Yuppiechef. After using it only about a half dozen times, a piece of enamel about the size of a 5 Rand coin came off the bottom leaving the black cast iron exposed. Yuppiechef agreed that it should be replaced but then came back to say that LK's refused to replace it or refund us because it "had been misused and it had been used at too high a temperature." It's a casserole - of course it's going to be used at high temperatures!! We've owned a Le Creuset casserole for 30 years and never had a problem with it. Appalling customer service from LK's - tried to make it our fault that their product is defective and not fit for purpose and no apology of course. We've now bought a Le Creuset casserole to replace it. More expensive but at least it will last you a lifetime. Don't waste your money on an LK version.
I purchased a firepit for outdoor use. It soon started to rust. Management refused to replace or refund. Regretfully, it is not meeting my expectations for outdoor use at the coast.
Lk Liquid screen protector is the best I have used. I love that it gives you three protectors and a lifetime warranty. I waited to put mine on to get a feel for my phone but once I did it felt the same if not better. It fits so perfectly I thought I didn't put it on at all.
Fast and easy process. Product received faster than expected. Definitely going for it again.
I bought the L k screen protector for my Apple Watch 44mm and I'm super satisfied, a great detailed video showing how to install it, and it looks awesome after installed.
This screen protector is fantastic ,I never have one of this type before ,easy to install and feels like it's nothing on my screen .
