The manager who is also the driver is so nice and helpful. His guys were so helpful and efficient, so absolutely good at their job. I was more than happy with the service and would use them again any day. The best Moving Company I have ever used and the guys are so very nice, nothing is a problem. I'm so happy that I found LoadAlot.

LoadAlot are a lot cheaper compared to other movers, having said that when they arrived the truck was way too small, they basically wanted to stack all my items on top of each other, which I didn't accept. I wanted my money back but they redeemed themselves by sending a 4 tonne truck and we loaded onto there. All was well in the end. I would consider using them again but I am hesitant. If they get some bigger and stronger guys that would be better, one of the guys was 18 years old...he really struggled. I had to stand behind him most of them to help.

The movers were very friendly, but they broke one of my tempered glass fridge shelves. The manager called me to sort it out and said that they would look into buying a new shelf for me, but then never got back to me about it. This was over 3 months ago now which is frustrating.

I have used LoadALot’s services for my mid-year and end-of-year storage since 2019 and have never been disappointed. My fridge would always come back without so much as a scratch and my boxes in tact. I appreciate how responsive the administrative staff are (first, Brian and now, Nthabiseng) and how professional and punctual the movers are. I was assisted by Mpho and Tumelo today, they took care in making sure that my boxes were properly loaded and my loose furniture well wrapped. This is a moving company you can trust, so I definitely recommend them!
