The after sales service is unacceptable. They have committed to an appointment at least 4 times. Not only did they not come but hey did not call and they never apologized - absolutely useless and unacceptable if I could give less than 1 star I would.

Relocated 3x split air condition units from old house to new house. Had LTC install these units. Three months later the one unit which was never used until recently didn’t cool at all. Phoned LTC and asked if they give a guarantee on their work to which they replied they did. After that phone call they kept make promises to come out and look at the problem to which they never did. They don’t respond to phone calls or WhatsApp. So it cost me additional R1200 to fix the problem due to bad workmanship because of not properly tightened fittings where the gas escaped on 2 of the units. So people use this company at your own peril!
