How uncomfortable do you want to make traveling? Telling us to check in carry on luggage, then changing your mind, then confiscating the bag again before boarding while there are lots of empty spaces in the planes overhead compartments...

Terrible customer service. Had two flights times change. One flight they notified us, the other flight, we got no notice. So my boyfriend arrives to the airport, only to find out that his flight was three hours early and no one had notified us. Now he is stuck at the airport, hoping to get on an evening flight that is already full. Have flown them many, many times before and have always found their customer service and organization to be sub-par. I have had many flights through them be delayed. Would avoid this airline.

All Systems Go. Mango airlines the buzyest by far. Our flight times changed but these are challenging times after all.

Pretty abismal excuse for an airline. We had a flight get changed on us that didn't work with our schedule. Mango told us we were owed a refund. Fast forward 4 months and we are still trying to get our refund back. Their refund personnel do not seemed interested in doing their job by giving us money we are owed. Pathetic

I had a flight number SA2021. On 8/07/2019 at 17:10 from JNB to CT. The plane was big - boing 737-800. I passed check in without any asking to drop my bag off, because it was standard for cabin (55/40/23 ) and I never got a problem with it. I had an expensive things what were necessary for my job, as a computer and camera. Suddenly when I was boarding, the woman who was near the stairs decided that my bag is too big and I must give it to a baggage cabin. I have not been prepared for it , and asked not to do it. This woman (she did not let me to know her name, what is quite strange ) became very aggressive, did not allowed me to get on a plane, was very rude and without any empathy . Her negative attitude was very bad - as I am not a client, but enemy. It was the worse experience I ever had and I fly a lot . My bag at the end was taken to a baggage. Nobody helped me. All the crew did not care. And nobody told the reason why they took my bag, because many shelves on a plane were just empty! When I got a bag it was opened! I wish I will have the answer from Mango if they care about a clients.
