Phoning Culemborg Toyota is such a nightmare. The reception puts you through to 5 different people, if they don't answer then the phone call just gets cancelled. A colleague experienced the same thing, this after he bought a brand new bakkie. Eish!!!

Terribly dissapointing!! Having been a customer since 2004 i have felt the quality of service really go down. I took my car in for a service. When i collected it they said i would need a leak checked and part to be ordered. I phoned numerous times to find out if they had the part to no avail. I went into the service department where they told me while looking at the faulty leak, that my cv joints needed to be replaced asap. R10000.00. I asked why they didnt pick this up during the service they have just done as i was told by toyota i could be stuck on the road at any time. They said it was missed. "Anyone can make a mistake" I dont accept this and will never go back to toyota culemburg. Needless to say, i went elsewhere where they charged1/4 the price.. I simply cannot trust them with my car

These people are always very kind in the morning. There is a shuttle service for the customers that are working in town and there is a coffee machine and WiFi for anyone to use.

I visited today as I am looking to buy a new car (cash purchase) having previously bought a Toyota and had it serviced there. Very little in the showroom to look at and I requested a brochure only to be given a very offhanded reply, which caused me to leave right away. Well that's one place I will not be visiting again!
