I recently completed training with Maristha for deep tissue and sports massage and I can certainly say that it was one of the most in-depth and enjoyable experiences. Maristha has extensive knowledge on varied massage modalities and a wonderful teaching presence which departs a sense of knowing that you are in the right hands. I had found Maristha on a Google search and can certainly say the she offered the best training in the Cape as well as being willing to accommodate within the dates that I had available. I would highly recommend her training to therapists whether you are just starting out or if, like myself, you have been in the game many years and looking to expand your knowledge.

I took a Deep tissue massage course with Maristha. She is very professional, patient and remains focused throughout the training. During the course I learnt new techniques to save my hands and how to use my body to apply the pressure. She really knows her stuff. Highly recommended!
