I had windows removed and replaced with sliding doors.The quoting process was thorough and detailed. Installation was on time and professional. The quality of the doors and locking system is great. Plastering and waterproofing was neat. The site was left clean and tidy. Staff were professional and helpful. The bonus is that Matthew's Aluminium is able to do demolition and make good, without requiring the services of an additional contractor. An unreserved recommendation all round.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I've used them in the past but their service has deteriorated significantly. Firstly, an appointment was made for them to come out and give a quotation. They did not arrive on time and I phone an hour later asking if they're still coming. They came the next day, again I had to phone them as they were an hour late. That was Friday 07 August 2020. After numerous calls, I still have not received the physical quote, which they were going to email me.
Said they will make an appointment to measure and quote and never phoned, emailed or pitched at the premises.
These guys replaced our old windows with new aluminium windows,I have nothing bad to say about these guys. They did an amazing job. Well done. I'm definitely using them in the future again , and will refer them to anyone wanting similar work done.
Poor poor poor after sales service. I have had to beg for some one to repair my door . Brandon is always busy and Claude is never there
