Good service experience although maybe not as quick as we had hoped. Showroom staff seemed a little over eager and the layout of the showroom didn't really showcase the beat they had.

We visited the dealership a week ago and test drove one of their vehicles and discussed trading in our car. Glenn told me he would get back to me as soon as he can with a trade in price. 4 days later I rang up to hear of there was any feedback, thus far I've received feedback within 24hrs or same day from other dealership. After a fair bit of me attempting to jog his memory he finally remembered our interaction, but had no feedback and would look into it immediately, OK no worries, but I ask if he could rather email me as I was about to start work and can't take a call in the next 30mins. I called the next day as I had received no email. Again, I was told I woiuld have feedback in the next 15mins, I mentioned to him that I was expecting to hear from him yesterday but didn't. With an annoyed tone of voice and zero apology for the broken personal promise, I was told he's going to do it now because he is actually sitting with his manager right now. I don't have confidence that I will hear back today and even less confidence of doing business with a company or individual that communicates so poorly and takes zero accountability for bad service.

Service is excellent
So the customer care from the lady that I spoke to is just below standard: no sense interest in explaining what else could be done besides saying "we can't fix we started with other work". Spoke to another branch which advised to overnight the part before so that it be fixed tomorrow as he would have if the car was taken to him the previous day. Response from Simone was we can't overnight the part from joburg. Further she says "even if I overnight it, we won't be able to fix it. There was just no interest in speeding up the process to have the car fixed. I am moving to another branch as this is not the first to get such inadequate service from this branch. Somerset gave the best advice and I will buy at their branch for my coming upgrade so is the servicing of the car.
