My son went in for his operation and everyone was just making sure we were comfortable. One nurse that was in the operating room even came to check up on him. So kind and sweet. Hospital was also very clean and fresh... Will most definitely go there again

Just want to say thank you to Dr Abrahams and his team who saw to me on Sunday morning after I fell and broke my wrist. From the minute I walked in there, til I was done, they made me feel extremely comfortable, guided me through all the procedures that they were following. Thank you to an awesome team . Keep up the Great work \u200d️\u200d️
Went in for a day procedure, staff was great and the facilities was immaculate. The only issue I have was with parking. There was no provision made for day procedures and we had to park on the street. When leaving the facility being discharged late, I had to face loafers whilst carrying a child and a bag. These loafers cleaned my car without my permission and demanded a payment for it. If the hospital could find a way for safer parking for their clients then they would be getting a 5 star rating.
Had a pleasant experience giving birth in the maternity ward.. DR's and nurses were great!
I was in the covid ward and the staff, nursing, docs, food people, they treated me like I'm important. I didn't feel like as if I'm simply another patient. Even on me leaving, the staff at Gatesville branch was amazing!! The nurses and food staff made you feel like you're in a restaurant as opposed to a ward where most people are dying. Absolutely great!!!
Absolutely impressed. All staff members made my first time hospital theater experience absolutely stress free. Every one was so kind and patient. Thanks to Mrs. Booysen and her team .

I arrived at the hospital by ambulance and was immediately helped by the staff who realized that I was in great pain. I was very impressed with the staff in both the trauma unit and the wards. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. The hospital is clean and well maintained. All covid19 protocols are followed to the letter. Highly recommended.
