I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars! I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff, their friendly and efficient service and them not trying to RIP me off but rather overload me with a wealth of knowledge! Well done!

Don't be fooled by their warranty policy and shocking customer service. Bought a metabo KGS 216M online on the 24th June and received a week later. Armature and gears failed by the 29th September. Work load was within the characteristics of light industrial, and material being cut is 20mm pine wood. To my surprise I received a quote to bill me on the repair! When I queried this they said there was no sign of manufacturing defect (blade was still sharp BTW). When asked about the warranty on the repair they said the parts would be covered for 3months. The parts failed within that time frame from when I first used the machine! Never have I had such poor service or seen such rubbish in my life! You are better off spending abit more on quality from the likes of makita and bosch
