Pathetic company to deal with I returned a wheelchair I had bought for my grandmother which she wasn't satisfied with and after emailing them since Monday only got a response from Mavis this morning requesting to bring the chair in to be inspected. Upon driving all the way to their offices, I spoke to the GM "Craig" what a misery. Adamantly throwing the companies 7 day exchange warrantee in my face which we missed because of their lack to pay attention to their emails. No customer centric service No regard for allowing an unhappy customer walk out the doors. Stay away! Disgusting customer service!!

After numerous phone calls back and forth my mom is not sorted out yet. She (73) bought a scooter more than a week ago...going 2 weeks now. When I spoke to them before payment they promised it's new and the box will be sealed when my mom in Gauteng will receive it. When they did deliver it was opened and resealed...with no charger!!! So I phoned and asked, they could not give an answer to why the box was opened. However they did send a charger..if new I do not know. When she did get the charger the batteries did not charge...again more calls. After a lot of calls and about 3 days I got an answer..there is a problem with the batteries that was manufactured. So they put is on charge and told me last week Thursday they will be sending it to my mom.....Monday and she did not get it as yet. She was so looking forward to being mobile....but with service like this? still just as bad as I can see from your facebook page.
