Jo is the MAN and his energy is contagious. The classes are full of energy and the trainers are amazing – best workout ever! I especially like the mix between boxing, cardio and weights. Happy to have finally found an exercise routine that I enjoy doing and miss if I can’t do it. Thanks for the awesome classes!
