I called MRI department to cancel my booking. Leonora is not very customer friendly. I was still speaking to her when she dropped the phone. Very unprofessional lady. I hve asked her yesterday for booking because I am currently home and wanted it this week. She only called me today and wanted to give me booking gor 23 March when i specifically told her i need to see the specialist on Wednesday. She then gave me one for Monday. And that means i need to take off work aga. I managed to get an earlier appointment for tomorrow fron another branch. She is not very friendly and was very rude to drop the phone whilst i was still speaking. I hope she cancels it for 15th because i am not paying for it, should she not cancel

My wife had an appointment for 21.05.2020, but when we get there we were told that her appointment was for 22.05.2020. When we challenged them, it appeared as if they were doing us a favour. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Staff is not pleasant and unreasonable at all when dealing with them. Despite getting confirmation from my medical aid that the xray is covered, they refused to charge it and adamant that i pay for the xray. No matter what ever the reason may be, this is one hospital i will not come back to.
