The level of organization and professionalism was fantastic. Friendly staff who knew why I was there. No waiting period at all and the whole facility, from waiting room to mri room, was spotless. Well done Mortons.

After a failed back op in July 2020, I was sent to Morton & Partners ON 3 September 2020 for another MRI. I did not have enough funds in my medical aid for an additional scan and handed the receptionist the letter of motivation from my neurosurgeon who ensured me that the accounts lady, Ruwayda Esau, would send it off to the medical aid scheme for processing. On 16 September 2020 I phoned Morton & Partners to inquire whether the motivation had indeed been sent off. Ruwayda was not in the office and I spoke to Charlene van Rensberg who advised that Ruwayda had not yet sent off the motivation but that Charlene would do it for me - which she did and copied me in. Today, 21 December 2020, THREE MONTHS LATER, I received a telephone call from an extremely rude Ruwayda informing me of my outstanding account. I was in a meeting and not able to talk and when I told her this and asked her to call back she told me no I must phone her back. I put the phone down and received an sms to phone her - which I did. She was on lunch for the next 2 hours. When I did get a call back her attitude was rude and aggressive. She commanded me to settle the account because the medical aid had not done so. After speaking to her, I contacted my medical aid to find out that the email was originally sent to the incorrect address. However, NOONE from Morton was efficient enough to follow up with the medical aid had not responded. In a nutshell, Ruwayda Esau firstly FAILED TO SUBMIT THE MOTIVATION, secondly FAILED TO FOLLOW UP ON WHY THE MEDICAL AID HAD NOT RESPONDED and thirdly always seems to be out of the office. I resent the email to the correct address and half an hour later received confirmation that the payment was authorised. I will NEVER attend your branch again. SIES!!! COMMON, INEFFICIENT, LAZY STAFF.

Bitter sweet. Reception didn't instruct me on how to prepare for my procedure. I had to wait till the necessary was done and stayed there longer than was necessary. Also, the website and pamphlets show that they open at 08:00, whereas their door indicates that they open at 08:30. They also didn't explain how payment would work. Everything else was excellent.
