When I booked my car in, the service advisor told me that the model of my car doesn't have a camera in the front. I had to show him the camera. After 13:00 he phoned me and said that they will start working on my car. I had to phone them late afternoon to inquire about my car? Again the service advisor told me that the model car doesn't have a emergency braking system. The technician was great and told me that it has and he managed to repair it with new software. How is it that the service advisor wants to convince me that my car doesn't have a function that it does? Was it a easy way out for him?
