Cleaning division is absolutely terribly. The cleaning was so bad, that they had to come out a second time, yet it was still awful. I paid a R1000 for a small 2 bedroom flat and they are only offering a R250 refund. I ended up having to do it myself. Plus the flat was empty, so it should have been so easy. Terrible customer service. What a waste of my money. However, their carpet and upholstery division is great.
