Simply the best wood in town, delivered to your door - and unpacked - no mess no fuss. I order 50 bags at a time, and I've been using Namibian Hardwood since 2020. They are quick, professional, and the product is exceptional. I order Kameeldoring and Mopane for my fireplace, and it never disappoints.

When things go wrong, you see the true ethos of a company I have been ordering fire wood in Cape Town over the past 10 years, and this time I decided to give Namibian Hardwood a go. Although they specialise in Namibian Hardwoods, the also had bluegum for sale, so I ordered that. It arrived in plactic bags, was moist, full of fungus and some wood pieces had large caterpillars in it chewing the wood (yup, gross) and making a huge mess. I emailed them and Phillip was directly onto the problem. He called me, explained that they had taken a chance with a new supplier and that didn't work out for them at all. He committed to pick up the wood and replaced it with relaiable Namibian Hardwood, which is of excellent quaility and super dry. Phillip also offerd some additional wood to compensate the inconvenience, which I really appreciated as a customer. Things can go wrong when you run an operations, especially in these trying times, but the ethos of the conpany shines clearly through when you see an issues resolved with this level of respect and speed. Well done Nambinian Hardwood for showing your true ethical self. Highly recommendable!!

What an absolute pleasure to deal with this Namibian Hardwood firewood company! We normally collect our wood from their head office as we enjoy the drive, but during the Covid 19 lock down we had to arrange a delivery for the first time, and what a pleasure! They are a registered essential service provider, so i ordered from their website. Communication was great, and when they brought my wood yesterday here in Kalkbay, the guys had to carry it up our stairs..we have 58 stairs up the hill to our house. The guys greeted us with a friendly smile behind their masks, the owner drove himself, and helped offloaded! All geared and wearing protected clothing... I would love everyone to support them, they are the genuine firewood Namibian hardwood company; and they import the wood directly from Namibia under strict regulations. I have been buying from Namibian hardwood pty ltd back in 2012. We don't get any more good reliable and honest wood suppliers in Cape Town anymore; so please support this team!

Only braaiwood team we use! Normally we go and get our wood at the Lakeside branch but due to Lockdown we ordered online. The process was amazing and the team made an extra effort to make sure the order gets delivered. ONS GAAN NOU BRAAI!
