Now I have had many a bagel in my life and I can definitely say for sure that the Bagels that one gets at New York Bagels are the best. This quirky little hole-in-the-wall is a vibrant restaurant always buzzing with people. Delicious Bagels and coffee for that on the go lunch break or quick stop for a light lunch. If you're fresh out of ideas for something interesting to eat I'd definitely suggest New York Bagels.

We order the everything Bagel with Salmon & scrambled egg at least once per week for breakfast. It's delicious and well priced. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Their chocolate filled croissants & other pastries (baked in-house) are also scrumptious. Highly recommended.
100% worth the visit! They also do specials (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday I think?) The food is tasty, the staff is efficient, fast and friendly. Do try their croissants and cheese cakes (normal, chocolate versions)
I love New York Bagels! Always the freshest bagels and soooooo delicious! Really worth the stop when in town.
Can’t beat Cape Towns ‘S famous NY Bagels. The freshest damn bagels you’ve ever eaten - with tons of fillings and the friendliest staff you could possibly wish for. This is high of recommended for locals and tourists alike. Just remember - they’re closed on Mondays ;)
