Still at Pathcare Kingsbury testing station waiting for testing for my asthmatic son since 12pm today. Its now 2.30pm.Nurses are now discussing the new lockdown rules and phone calls to their families. Because I have questioned how long they are taking. They are now making us wait even longer.. Avoid Kingsbury testing station at all costs. My son was vomiting all night and is feverish but because I questioned them, he will have to suffer even longer now. Shireen, concerned mother

I don't know why this is a covid-19 testing site seeing that going there exposes you to more risk of getting it. You have to sit in an inclosed waiting room with other potential covid cases. Door stays closed so there is no introduction of fresh air. Another patient had his mask off and staff said nothing. Rather go to a drive through testing site

I am very disappointed with their service. For the last 3 months I keep on getting an account, have send so many emails to their accounts department to query the account, and have received no response from them.

I recently went for a Covid test here. Staff followed protocols by wiping down all the seats and pens but airflow was terrible. It is quite concerning that there is no airflow in there especially since you’re in a small cubicle when you get the test done. My results were negative but I’m on edge now that I may have picked up something from there.

If you can better a) ask for an invoice immediately you do the test or ask someone to on your behalf if you're not feeling good b) if you can to pay everything on the day b) keep the receipt and c) if your Dr orders test on your behalf, as soon as you can also go and pay in person or if not possible or too much of a las EFT and email yourself POP, and keep the receipt in hard copy and scan (you can do this from google) if you pay the old fashioned way...unfortunately recording isn't allowed but if you could you should...these people will invoice you slow but expect you to pay now or they'll invoice you fast for something you didn't do (from what I've surmised).path-care is not a "human centred company" they're more like the embodiment of a pyschological thriller....it's inception with these guys. but what choice when your body is failing...lol.

The staff here are very nice and efficient. However, the admin lets them down as they send blood test results to the wrong doctor and then don't want to rectify (told me to fetch my own results and take to the Dr.).

Medical staff are great, but their admin and billing remains pathetic and they exploit medical aids.
