The off-site owner is obstinate - no aftersale responsibility for a defective product sold, only excuses. I supported this shop for years but unfortunately won't go back. The on-site staff are quite friendly and helpful though. Tried their best to assist.

They have really good prices for pet accessories but I can see why there are so many reviews about the treatment of the animals. There's a lot of very hectic overcrowding. The employees were helpful and nice and they have a pretty good range of stock, but the way they house the birds especially needs to change.

If I could rate a ZERO that's what I would put. Firstly we walked in and spent almost 10min no one acknowledged us or even spoke to us. The staff looked at us like we were invisible. Secondly some of their fish look sickly and there was a tank with dead fish in various stages of decomposition,floating in the tanks. As we were about to walk out I spotted the product I had been look for and when I asked for service the lady who "assisted" us seemed unhappy to do so. Maybe she had a bad day? Definitely won't be going back that's for sure.
