Called them to give a quote to install 2 doors. I have bought from pg glass in the past and have been happy with their work. They have a new policy where you must pay R425 for them to come an measure up and give a quote. I have never heard of a company charging for quotes! I think this is a bit of a cheek!

Decent service team, but really bad follow-ups. Unable to process quotes in a speedy manner and office-staff who are not trained on how to send quotes via email or follow up with their customers. Really disappointed. Will never use PG Glass again.
