I tried to make an appointement and wanted to find out what is included in the price, since for me it was quite high (I pay by myself as a private patient). That was a very simple question. Instead of the answer, I received a rude e-mail. It was telling me about all the costs, there were letters in bold telling me to find someone else. It is unacceptable to communicate with patients like that. It's good that I hadn't make an appointment, since I don't belive that it is possible to have a good consultation when you even can't get an answer to a simple question and when it seems that a doctor doesn't have good communication skills.
