Got to be the best pool shop in Cape Town. Everyone there is an expert and they have an indoor pool you can test your creepy right there. Definitely focused on customer service over making money
On 12 December Pool doctor installed a new pool pump at my home. It was discovered on 22 December that the guys had not fitted the lid for the basket properly which meant that some pipes were melted and the pool system had been severely damaged. To date I have not been able to get any answers from them as to what was damaged or what they have fixed. After 3 emails and 3 phone calls, I have received no response - instead, the staff have now decided to become rude towards me as if I did something wrong. I would like a confirmation of what you damaged and what you replaced. I also would appreciate it if Michelle could stop being disrespectful towards me for absolutely no reason! I am a paying customer and I have not been disrespectful to her or any of you.
Wonderful team, excellent equipment and can do attitude. I had imagined a worst case scenario of weeks to fix the issues we had but it ended up taking less than a week, costing a lot less than expected and the teams ensured that everything was ready for the Xmas time.
This was my first and definitely last interaction with this company. I would rate them ZERO stars but unfortunately you have to give 1 at a minimum. The team on site was rude and unprofessional - Sydney specifically. They ended up throwing things on site, stomping off and leaving the site in a total mess after deciding they didn't feel like doing the job that was quoted for (servicing and cleaning a pool which hasn't been used in over a year and collected lots of dirt and rubble at the bottom - all clearly explained to them beforehand). Very quick to quote, but totally poor service. Avoid.
I recently had a new pool pump installed by the Pool Doctor. They arrived on time and had the new pump installed within 20 minutes. They were polite, friendly, did a professional job and they cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time I have used their service and have no reservations recommending them.
