Decent service but the food seems to be prepared without care. The paneer biryani lacked real flavour. I found a lump of uncooked spices attached to a bay leaf. My lassi was very sweet and tasted as if it had garlic in it so can only presume that the liquidiser hadn't been rinsed properly. Not my first disappointing experience. Won't be returning.

This is the best food in Cape Town! I've been eating there since 2015 when I started university, since their food is consistently great and very affordable. My partner tried the vegetable korma wrap for the first time and has declared that he cannot eat curry from anywhere but Prashad from now on :). Their food is delicious and satisfying -- everyone (meat eaters included) should try it! Also, if you want to lean into vegan or vegetarian food, this is the place to start!

Great place for high quality Vegan/ Vegetarian curries, wide range of options that are all tasty and very affordable. Always used to drive all the way to town to get curry from their other branch but found this branch on Feastfox and will definitely go again

Decided to try Prashad today as I was craving paneer. I had the paneer kadai and a butter naan. The curry was massive and came with rice. The flavor of the curry was exceptional and left me wanting more! The naan was also plentiful! A definite 5/5 for everything!
